I ensure that all the information given by me in this form is correct and I make sure to familiarize myself with the rules and regulations of ARPAN SIR ACADEMY and abide by them. In case of any dispute, the decision taken by the ARPAN SIR ACADEMY will be full and final. Note: The fees not transferable and refundable in any case. 1. Rules and Regulations regarding discipline, Punctuality and attendance: Students are expected to be punctual with respect to their batch timings, maturity is expected on part of the students and indiscipline will not be tolerated. Late coming is not allowed. The student agrees to follow any code of conduct. Rights of admission are fully reserved with the management. 2. Non-Refundable Fees: The fee once paid (through any mode of payment) is not refundable, not transferable under any circumstances in part or in whole. This means if he/she joins the institute and then wants to leave for any reason (personal, family, social, academic, health, etc) no refund of any nature will be made. The course fee will not be refunded to the student in the event of student’s failure to qualify the exam. 3. Final decision: ARPAN SIR ACADEMY institute proprietor’s decision will be binding and final in all such matters
